Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs to our friends)! We have tried to answer all the questions you may have, either before you take the plunge and finalise your order or after you have completed it. If you still have any unanswered questions, please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to try and answer them. However, for any metaphysical questions, such as whether the chicken or the egg came first, you’ll have to come back and check in future (we’re still looking for the answers).
The price of the Petit Cube depends on the little gift you decide to slip inside.
The Petit Cube by itself costs €13 and the price of the little gifts are from €2 (subject to availability).
You will find here a non-exhaustive list of our prices per country
For United Kingdom, delivery costs are approximately €8.90.
We ship throughout Europe and almost anywhere in the world from our workshop located near Nice.
You will find here a non-exhaustive list of destinations we can deliver to. If you wish to deliver to a country that is not listed or does not appear when you complete your order, write to us at hello@petitcube.com and we will see if we can manage it.
Please note that delivery times are provided as an indication by the Post Office and its international partners and that the time published corresponds to a delivery accuracy rate of 95%.
Each Petit Cube order is carefully put together and dispatched the day after the order is completed excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, apart from in exceptional circumstances.
For United Kingdom, delivery takes between 3 and 4 days.
A tracking link is sent by e-mail and also available on your customer account which you can use to follow the delivery of the package.
If the delivery status does not change for 72 hours, it is probably because the package is experiencing difficulties. Don't wait any longer and contact us by e-mail (hello@petitcube.com) so that we can locate the package with the transport company and take action to enable its delivery (or reship a new one if necessary).
If the delivery status indicates that your package has been delivered, we advise that you check with your doorman (if you have one) or with your neighbours. It is possible that someone else may have received the package for you in your absence. If this is not the case, send an e-mail to our customer service (hello@petitcube.com) to find a solution.
If the package has been returned to the sender it is either because the delivery address given was incomplete or incorrect, or because the recipient did not pick up the package (at the Post Office or from the collection point) within the time limit indicated. Send us an e-mail (hello@petitcube.com) confirming the complete delivery address and we will find a solution.
All orders are made in la cuberie, our workshop located near Nice. We print, cut out, fold and glue all your creations by hand.
Packages are sent by Colissimo and must be delivered into someone’s hands and require a signature. However, they can be left with a trusted third party (a doorman or neighbour). Otherwise, the package must be collected from the nearest post office or collection point. This information is communicated by e-mail or calling card.
As we dispatch orders the next morning, apart from in exceptional cases, you should contact us as soon as possible by e-mail (hello@petitcube.com) with your order number and details of the changes to be made if you notice an error or mistake in your text. We will then do our very best to correct it! Unfortunately, our elves are sometimes very speedy and if your package has already been dispatched, there’s nothing more we can do.
We try to provide the smoothest and most intuitive shopping experience possible. If you are having trouble ordering, it may be because your browser is not adapted to our site. In that case, we suggest you place your order from another device or with another browser (Safari or Chrome for example).
If the problem persists, it may be that the site is experiencing a bug that has not yet been identified and in this case we ask you to send us a short e-mail to hello@petitcube.com describing the problem encountered. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
No worries. No receipts are sent in the package for deliveries within the European Union so if you have made a mistake in the billing address (for example by indicating the same address as the delivery address), rest assured, the receipt will only be sent by email to the address used to create the account. There's no way to spoil the surprise!
There’s a special case for shipments abroad. if you are sending your Petit Cube to a destination outside the European Union, we are sometimes legally obliged to put the paper receipt with the package so that it can pass through customs and arrive safely at its destination.
The Petit Cube is composed of four photos in a square format. When you import your photos, you can use our cropping tool to make sure they fit perfectly (without cutting out Grandpa Joe).
If the cropping tool is not accessible, from your mobile phone for example, then we advise you switch to a computer or tablet or alternatively change your internet browser and use Chrome.
The dimensions of a Petit Cube are 8cm x 8cm x 8cm.
The delivery package is 15cm x 15cm x 8 cm.
Of course you can! Don't have any scruples about wanting to treat yourself!
Sending a Petit Cube is an original gift idea that can be offered throughout the year when you want to surprise a friend, a family member or one of your colleagues.
The perfect birthday gift, an original idea for Valentine's Day, a little personalised touch to put at the foot of the Christmas tree, encouragement for an exam or the start of the new school year, etc. It's up to you to decide when to create the surprise! And don't forget, it's the "little touch" that counts.
If you are an artist or an aspiring one and would like to propose some of your own designs to decorate our products, feel free! Send us a portfolio with your most beautiful creations by e-mail (hello@petitcube.com) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you would like to create a unique design for a special event or any other project (B2B or B2C), contact us so that we can give you a quote.
If you want, you can have the Petit Cube delivered to your home and then give it to your loved one in person in its attractive package (if it has not been damaged in transit). Or not, it's up to you!
You will be able to open the Petit Cube and close it again without leaving a mark if you would like to see the result before giving it away.
Every order leaves la Cuberie in perfect condition but unfortunately the carriers are not always very careful with our packages.
If your Petit Cube arrives damaged (this is very, very rare), please send us an e-mail (hello@petitcube.com) with your order number, a photo of the Petit Cube and also a photo of the package with the delivery label on it.
Of course, we will offer you a suitable solution to make up for this postal problem!
Definitely! But not only that, Petit Cube is original, stylish, surprising, unusual and personalised!
We all know that it's not size that counts but in this case, it does. it all depends on the volume of the products you want to put together!
Once you have selected your first item, we recommend you choose a complementary product from among several proposals adapted to the size of the Petit Cube.
However, if you would like an additional product that isn’t one we suggest on our site, write to us at hello@petitcube.com and we will see if it is possible to fit them both into the Petit Cube.
We recognise that it is indeed very tempting but, at least for the moment, we prefer to offer you a small selection of tasteful objects that we have carefully unearthed for you and your loved ones.
If you do hand-deliver the Petit Cube, nothing stops you from adding a little something of your own. The Petit Cube can be opened and closed without anyone noticing.

Absolutely, we are open to all ideas! If you have suggestions or are a designer yourself, submit your ideas by email to hello@petitcube.com or by sending us a private message on our social network pages. We'll be happy to discover them and give you our opinion.
Absolutely! You can order several products as part of the same order which you’ll receive at the same delivery address. All you have to do is click on "Continue Shopping" when your first product is in your basket.
The different products are then individually packed in a beautifully patterned parcel and then shipped together in a larger box so they are perfectly protected and can be given away directly as they are, just like a gift box.
However, if you wish to order two products for two different addresses, you will need to place two separate orders. Each order is attached to a single delivery address.
Our cardboard and paper are sourced from the FSC-labelled sector which is more environmentally friendly and guarantees the replanting of the trees used.
Petit Cube is an all-in-one solution - a gift, the packaging and a card all at the same time which saves you three separate purchases. We have designed tailor-made packages with a special size to limit the amount of cardboard and pack the Petit Cube so that it is perfectly protected. We don't add any packing materials (no paper, plastic or polystyrene).
The Petit Cube is not thrown away. Either it is kept as a treasure chest or the photos are detached and kept like Polaroids.
If you don't have the time to run around the shops, find the perfect gift, wrap it up in pretty paper, find a nice little card and wait desperately at the post office to send it all, Petit Cube is THE easy solution to bring a smile to the faces of your loved ones.
Better than flowers, more generous than a greeting or birthday card, less expensive than most personalised gifts you can find - Petit Cube is the perfect way to share your feelings.
In a few words, Petit Cube was founded in June 2017 by Cyril, Benjamin, Tristan and Damien, four childhood friends from school. They set up their workshop, which they affectionately call "La Cuberie", in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. But Petit Cube is not so petit anymore as the team has grown with the arrival of new team members. Also, the workshop moved near Nice, in the south of France. Join us on Instagram @petitcube.ink to go behind the scenes and follow our adventures!
Coffee (instant) is drunk in large quantities with 4 lumps of sugar for Benjamin, black for Cyril and for Cédric, always with biscuits. The other members of the team (female, it must be said) prefer tea - almond rooibos, genmaicha or green tea with jasmine (but above all without sugar, otherwise it's a sin).
If you haven't found the answer to your question in our FAQ, write to us using the contact form or send us an e-mail at hello@petitcube.com. We will be happy to help!
