If your recipient is not present at the delivery address, the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest pickup point. It will then be available for collection the next day, and the recipient will be informed by SMS or by a delivery notice left in their mailbox. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, generally between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

COLISSIMO: Depending on the delivery driver, one of two things may happen: either they will drop off the parcel at the nearest post office, or they will return the next day to deliver the parcel to your recipient. If the recipient is not at the delivery address a second time, the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest post office. PICKUP POINT: If you are not sure that your recipient will be present, you can directly choose a pickup point where they can collect their order at a time that suits them. They will then be informed by email that a parcel has been shipped to them and will arrive in a few days. When the pickup point receives it, the recipient will receive a second email informing them that their parcel has arrived and that they can go and collect it. The address and opening hours of the pickup point are directly mentioned to make it easier for them to receive their parcel.
