Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ for friends)! We have tried to list all the questions you ask yourself, whether before taking the plunge and finalizing your order, or after confirming it. If however a question remains unanswered, send us an e-mail and we will be happy to discuss with you. On the other hand for metaphysical questions, like which of the egg or the hen arrived first, it will be necessary to return (we are still looking).

How much does it cost ?
The price of the Petit Cube depends on the small attention that you decide to slip into it.
The Little Cube itself costs €13 and the price of the little attention starts at €2 (subject to availability).
For Metropolitan France, we have different delivery options to be found here which will appear when validating your basket. If one of the options does not appear, it is unfortunately unavailable at the time you place your order.
If you are able to travel to Nice, you can, if you wish, choose free collection at La Cuberie, our workshop located at 5 rue Hancy, 06000 Nice.
Where do you ship?
We ship absolutely everywhere in Europe and almost everywhere in the world. You will find here a non-exhaustive list of open destinations. If you want to ship to a country that is not listed or that does not appear when confirming your order, write to us at email@example.com and we will see if we can activate it.
Note that the delivery times were provided to us by La Poste and its international partners, this is a delivery range with a deliverability rate of 95%.
When will my order be delivered?
Each Petit Cube order is carefully manufactured and shipped, except in exceptional circumstances, the day after the order is validated, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.
For Metropolitan France, Chronopost and Chrono Relais provide overnight delivery (for orders validated before 12 noon Monday to Friday) while it takes 2 to 4 days on average in Metropolitan France with Colissimo or Point Relais.
A tracking link is sent by e-mail and available on your customer area to follow the delivery of the package.
I have a delivery problem, what should I do?
THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT CHANGE.
If the delivery status does not change for 72 hours, the package is probably encountering difficulties. Do not wait any longer and contact us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we locate the package with the transport and act to unblock its routing (or reship a new one, if necessary).
MY PACKAGE IS INDICATED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
If the delivery status indicates that your package has been delivered, we advise you to check with your caretaker (if you have one) or with your neighbors. It is possible that a third party has received the package for you in your absence. If this is not the case, send an e-mail to our customer service (email@example.com) in order to find a solution.
MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER.
If the package has been returned to the sender, it is either because the delivery address entered was incomplete or incorrect, or because the recipient did not pick up the package (at La Poste or at the Point Relais) within the times indicated. Send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) confirming the complete delivery address and we will find a solution.
Where is my order made?
All orders are made at La Cuberie, our workshop located in Nice. We print, cut, fold, glue all your creations by hand. If you want to pick up an order or drop by to meet us, we are at 5 rue Hancy in 06000 Nice!
How is the delivery if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery?
For Colissimo shipments, the package is left in the mailbox if the size of the latter allows it (in the case of a Colissimo without signature) or left with a trusted third party (caretaker, neighbour). Otherwise, the parcel is simply to be picked up at the nearest post office thanks to the Notice of Receipt and the tracking number which are (when the postman is doing his job correctly) deposited in the mailbox. For Chronopost shipments, you receive a notification by e-mail and/or SMS to indicate a safe place to drop off the package, schedule delivery on the date that suits you or choose a pick-up point.
My little attention and me
Oops, I made a mistake in the text of my order, what should I do?
Since we ship orders, except in exceptional cases, the next morning, you must contact us as soon as possible by e-mail (email@example.com) with your order number and details of the changes to be made if you notice an error or mistake in your text. We will then do our best to correct it! Unfortunately, our elves are sometimes very quick to produce, if your package has already been shipped, we won't be able to do anything...
I can't place my order, what should I do?
We make sure to offer the most fluid and intuitive shopping experience possible. If you are struggling to order it may be that your browser is not adapted to the site. We then invite you to place an order from another device or another browser (Safari or Chrome for example).
If the problem persists, it may be that the site has a bug that has not yet been identified and in this case we invite you to send us a short e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem. encountered, we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Is the invoice sent in the package with the Petit Cube?
No stress, no invoice is sent in the packages for shipments within the European Union so if you have made a mistake in the billing address (for example by indicating the same address as that of the delivery) , rest assured, the invoice will only be sent by e-mail to the address used to create the account. Impossible to spoil the surprise!
Special cases of shipments abroad, if you are sending your Petit Cube to a country other than Metropolitan France or the European Union, we are sometimes legally obliged to put the paper invoice with the package so that it can pass the customs and arrive without incident to its recipient. This is also valid for the DOM-TOM.
What is the format of the photos to use?
Le Petit Cube is made up of four photos in square format. When you import your photos, you can use our cropping tool to make them look just right (without cutting Grandma Suzette). If the cropping tool is not accessible, from your mobile for example, we advise you to switch to a computer or a tablet, or to change your internet browser and use Chrome.
It should be kept in mind that the quality of the printing depends on the quality of the photos sent by you. Note that if the photo is not framed correctly or suffers from contrast and brightness issues, we will not be able humanly and technically to correct it at the time of printing. Your order will be printed as it appears in the viewing window of your order.
How big is the Little Cube?
The dimensions of a Small Cube are 8 x 8 x 8 cm.
The transport package is 15 x 15 x 8 cm.
Can I order a Small Cube for myself?
Of course, have no qualms about wanting to please yourself!
On what occasions can I offer a Petit Cube?
Sending a Petit Cube is opting for an original gift idea that can be offered throughout the year when it comes to surprising a friend, a member of his family or one of his collaborators.
Perfect birthday present, original idea for Valentine's Day, little personalized touch to put under the Christmas tree, encouragement for an exam or back to school, etc. it's up to you to find when to create the surprise! And remember, it's “attention” that counts.
Can I have a Petit Cube covered with a design that I have drawn?
You are or you feel the soul of an artist and want to offer us to use your designs to decorate our products, let go! Send us a book with your most beautiful creations by e-mail (email@example.com) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I deliver the Petit Cube in person?
If you wish, you can very well have the Petit Cube delivered to your home and then give it in person to your loved one, in its pretty transport package (if it has not been damaged by the Post Office) or not, it's up to you !
You will be able to open the Little Cube and close it without leaving a trace if you wish to see the result before offering it.
What should I do if my Little Cube arrives damaged?
Each order leaves the Cuberie in perfect condition, however the carriers are unfortunately not always very careful with the packages.
If your Petit Cube arrives damaged (this is very very rare), we kindly ask you to send us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) your order number, a photo of the Petit Cube but also of the package on which the delivery label.
Of course, we will offer you a suitable solution to remedy this postal failure!
As the saying goes, small is meant to be cute. Can we consider that a Little Cube is cute?
Certainly, but not only! Petit Cube is original, trendy, surprising, different, personalized!

Can I put several objects in the Little Cube?
We know that it's not the size that counts but in fact it does, it all depends on the volume of the products you would like to combine!
Once your first object has been selected, we recommend a complementary product to choose from among several proposals adapted to the size of the Petit Cube.
However, if you want an additional product other than those we offer on our site, write to us at email@example.com, we will see if it is possible for us to fit the duo you want into the Petit Cube. .
Can I slip another small attention than those selected by Petit Cube?
We recognize that it is indeed tempting but, at least for the moment, we prefer to offer you a small but relevant selection of objects that we have carefully unearthed for you and your loved ones.
If you deliver the Little Cube in person, nothing prevents you from adding a little something of your own. the Little Cube can be opened and closed without it being seen.
Can I order an empty Small Cube?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order an empty Petit Cube, this would be outside the scope of our all-in-one concept. However, if you want to add your own gift inside, you can choose a little attention from the least expensive that we offer and add yours upon receipt of the package. Le Petit Cube opens and closes very easily without being damaged.
Can I propose an idea of small attention?
Absolutely, we are open to all ideas! If you have any suggestions or if you are a creator yourself, submit your ideas to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending us a private message on our social media pages. We will be happy to discover them and give you our opinion.
Can I order several Small Cubes at the same time?
Absolutely, you can order several products within the same order, which you will receive at the same delivery address. Simply click on “Continue Shopping” when your first product is in your cart.
The different products are then individually wrapped in a pretty patterned box and then shipped together in a larger box; thus they are perfectly protected and can be offered directly as they are, like in a gift box.
If you want to order two products from two different addresses, you will need to place two separate orders. Each order is currently attached to a single delivery address.
And ecology, what do we do with it?
Our boxes and papers are sourced from FSC-certified sectors, which are more respectful of the environment and which guarantee the replanting of the trees used.
Petit Cube is an all-in-one solution! A gift, packaging and card all in one, which saves you three separate purchases. We have designed tailor-made packages of adjusted size to limit the cardboard and wedge the Petit Cube so that it is perfectly protected. We do not add any wedging element (no fiber, particle or polystyrene chips).
The Little Cube does not throw away! Either it is kept as a treasure box or its photos are detached and kept as polas.

Who is hiding behind Petit Cube?
In a nutshell, Petit Cube was founded in June 2017 by Cyril, Benjamin, Tristan and Damien, four childhood and study friends. They set up their workshop, which they affectionately call “La Cuberie”, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Since Petit Cube is no longer so small... The team has grown with the arrival of new Cubists, and the workshops have moved to Bègles, then Nice, in the south of France. How are coffee and tea drunk at Petit Cube?
Coffee (soluble) is drunk in large quantities, with 4 sugar cubes for Benjamin, black for Cyril and accompanied by biscuits for Cédric. The other members of the team (female, it must be admitted) prefer almond rooibos tea, genmaicha or jasmine green tea (but above all without sugar, otherwise it's a sin!).
